We’ve worked on projects as small as five units and as large as 150+ units, in areas ranging from downtown Los Angeles to Century City to Beverly Hills, targeted at a wide variety of different demographic markets…so we know what it takes to get a successful sales and marketing effort off the ground.
The Valerie Fitzgerald Group will collaborate with the developer and principals to create a detailed pricing grid for the real estate project, taking into consideration recent area comps, building amenities, unit location, floor number, and square footage. The pricing grid will include any relevant info that prospective buyers will need to help them choose a unit: price, square footage, BR/BA, HOA dues and other things that impact a buyer’s decisions. It will also be updated regularly to accurately reflect unit availability and any changes in pricing.
We’ll work with you to set up an on-site sales office, if the building space and level of completion allow for it. We’ll assist you in designing and staging the sales office to best highlight its features, and to facilitate workflow and ease of transactions for buyers. The sales office will be staffed on agreed-upon days by members of our licensed and experienced staff of associate agents who are most knowledgeable about the market in your neighborhood.
